This site was originally a former drive through restaurant. It was acquired
unconditionally and planning was secured for 14 apartments and a ground
floor retail unit with ancillary parking. The site was developed and the apartments were sold and the ground floor retail unit was let to Sainsbury’s and has been retained as a long-term investment.
The investment produced a return on equity of 177% and an internal rate of
return of 136%.
Eastham Rake
This former petrol station site is a historic ownership, which became interesting following the closure and decontamination of the station in November 2004. Since that time we have worked with the Wirral Primary Care Trust and Tesco plc, to design a 1,100 sq. m. health centre, a 500 sq. m. local supermarket, six residential units and 45 car parking spaces. The total development size is approximately 2,300 sq. m.
