Bonsucesso Mall is situated in the Guarulhos suburb of São Paulo, a skilled working class (C Class) area with a local population of 1.3 million people.

Bonsucesso Mall has a lettable area of 24,300 sq m and is situated on a 23 acre site. It is arranged over one floor and provides 162 retail units and 23 kiosks. The car park has capacity for approximately 1,200 vehicles and on average 600,000 customers visit Bonsucesso Mall each month.

The original 16,800 sq m mall was acquired by Squarestone in March 2008. Subsequently, planning consent was secured for two extensions, the first 7,500 sq m extension being completed in May 2009. A second extention is planned for the near future providing a further 7,500 sq m and 60 additional retail units. Bonsucesso Mall will then provide 32,000 sq m of lettable area and consolidate its position as the dominant shopping destination within its catchment.
