James, good friend and partner from the F15 Partnership is the founder of 'Squarestone Brasil'. He now lives in Sao Paulo, in order to take advantage of Brazil's potential.

James has spent his entire career in real estate and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. He started his career with one of the UK's largest property companies, MEPC, graduating onto Catalyst Capital and Europa Capital Partners, where he met Robert Sloss. James' real estate experience has been primarily gained in the retail and industrial sectors. Notably during his time at MEPC, James worked on the development and leasing aspects of the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, England.
