Tim has a varied range of expertise spanning the commercial and residential property sectors. He began his career at Mixed Used developer Broadwell Land Plc who acquired sites in emerging locations with scheme sizes ranging from 20,000 square feet to 1.5m sqft.

After a relatively short period at Broadwell, Tim moved to Artesian Estates where he was involved in all aspects of acquisition, planning, development, marketing and sales. Here he gained invaluable experience working with numerous London boroughs and County Council Planning Departments on difficult and sensitive development opportunities including listed buildings new build opportunities in Conservation Areas with the need for extensive public consultation. He would also see a project through from inception to conclusion and so become closely involved in design, and construction management of all projects. This involved the careful selection of appropriate project professionals and the procurement of the construction through to practical completion.

From Artesian Tim moved to Monteagle Barlow Trust Ltd a family owned property company, where he consolidated historic property interests and developed the activities of the business. The business’s capital base has multiplied many times during Tim’s involvement and he continues to manage the business alongside that of Squarestone’s, aligning their respectiveinterests for continued future growth. Squarestone was established with Robert in 2002 after the successful F15 Partnership combining their complementary skill sets.
